On Sunday 24th March our terrific team of Mr Magnifico, Susie, Bron, Lorene, Geoff & Tahlia were joined by 33 enthusiastic sauce makers for WSCG's 3rd annual Sauce Day.
Arni cooked a really delicious lunch that was enjoyed, family style, around a long table. That smoked tomato risotto, yum!
Peter Barber recited one of his beautiful poems, and Flynn Skelton captured the day with his fantastic photos.
This year's tomatoes were not the best we've had, a poor tomato season in general, so despite starting with 200kgs, we ended up with 143 bottles - which we were delighted to sell out on the day!
