This will be WSCG's fourth Sauce Day - celebrating the tomato & making even more glorious passata.
On the day:
You will have a hands on role in making the passata & leave with two bellissimo bottles of sauce.
Recipes & sauce making tips from our sauce maker extraordinaire, Mr Paul Magnifico!
Morning tea, coffee & biscotti.
Lunch - a shared rustic vegetarian feast with homemade sourdough.
A reading by WSCG's own poet laureate, Mr Peter Barber.
