WSCG & Giant Steps School present the second annual Scarecrow Festival, raising funds for Giants Steps Melbourne. 

Giant Steps was established to bring world’s best practice in the education and support of children with autism to Australia.

Giant Steps schools provide a transdisciplinary approach to education combining music, occupational and speech therapy. 

All WSCG members are invited to take part in the Scarecrow Festival on the 21 and 22 October. 

Activity: Come to the Garden and build and decorate your own scarecrow to have in your plot or take home. Share the fun experience with friends and family. 
 
Items supplied: Straw and scarecrow building and decorating items will be supplied on the weekend. 
 
Items to bring: Suggested minimum donation of $20 and anything special you wish to decorate your scarecrow with (a mop head for hair, hats, gloves, socks, scarf etc).
 
Volunteers: Giant Steps is also seeking volunteers to hep over the weekend and if you are interested in doing this please email - scarecrowfesitvalgiantsteps@gmail.com
 
Roles for volunteers: Volunteers would be great on the day to help people with their scarecrow building efforts, collect donations, and just suport in general, during 2 or 3-hour shift (10-1, 1-4, 11:30-2:30).
